Founder and executive advisor focused on transformation, technology, and AI advisory services.
Led KPMG PM teams as senior interface on the GPSSA transformation, translating complex delivery conditions across executive stakeholders, business teams, technology teams, vendors, and integrators into governance actions, delivery priorities, risk decisions, and commercial implications. Re-established disciplined program evidence and governance across work state, ownership, dependencies, defects, timestamps, SLAs, testing readiness, executive reporting, and escalations. Introduced evidence-led KPMG-Accenture technical triage tied to formal governance, testing readiness, executive reporting, and risk escalation. Program scope included ERP modernization, business analysis, solution design, cloud migration, data migration, systems integration, functional/performance/security testing, UAT, deployment, phased releases, disaster recovery, training, change management, cybersecurity, and performance reporting.
Reported to the CIO and shaped enterprise technology strategy, priorities, budgets, staffing, governance, operating models, roadmaps, and transformation execution for a high-growth strategic technology organization in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
