Experienced Program Manager with 20+ Years in Enterprise Level Management

I have 20 plus years of experience in Product, Portfolio, Program and Project Management with majority of that implementing enterprise systems for multi-national organizations. I also hav experience with startups and small businesses.

My experience includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Roll out of multi-national, multi-year ERP, HCM and CRM systems.
• Designing, configuring, and implementing Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
• Experience with safety/regulatory systems.
• Build out of Project / Program Management Office (PMO) including resource procurement, establishing processes and procedures and creation of roadmaps for multi-year programs and projects.
• Management of program champions, stakeholders, resources, business team members, and executives for effective communication and engagement management.
• Utilization of change management techniques such as Kaizen and Lean process to outline an effective process while remaining cognizant of organizational needs and sensitivities.
• Liaising with executives, business departments, stakeholders and end users to ensure clear, concise and effective communication of both project status as well as next steps and goals.
• Ability to think of new and creative ways to attain program goals.
• Working with cross functional and global teams to ensure maximum collaboration, communication and inclusivity.
• Monitoring and developing KPI’s to ensure operational efficiency.
• Risk management and mitigation including utilization of various tools such as risk plans, RACI plans/charts, RAM matrix etc.
• Budget and timeline management and monitoring to ensure premium time, scope and budget (Triple Constraints) management.
• Program management through tried and tested methodologies, both Agile/Scrum and PMP prescribed. This includes: project charters, scrum meetings, status meetings, budget analysis with ETC and EAC,  Steering Committee calls/meetings, work plan setup, milestone tracking etc.
• Mentorship of team members, new recruits, existing consultants and developers in best practice, time management, goal achievement, certifications etc.
