* As an IT Manager I had as a target, retrieve a project of implementation of SAP ERP, with a deadline of less than a year with
the full implementation at the branch in Uba/Minas Gerais, and a rollout to the branch in Sooretama/Espírito Santo and
later to the office in Belo Horizonte/Minas Gerais.
* Already in the position of Administrative Director, I conducted projects linked to change management involving IT
department, and including:
o Management of a wide range of projects related to innovation and transformation, such as projects for structuring
and diagnosis of business areas, CRM, e-commerce, technological changes in the cloud, modernization of work
areas and projects focused on productivity and cost reduction.
o Development of a management model by indicators across all department with goals oriented to customer service
and cost reduction.
o Building of a process with the objective of approximate the technology area to the main business area, in order
to improve the synergy between these areas.
o Management of the project of physical transition of the office from Uba, Minas Gerais to Belo Horizonte, involving
a complex transformation of the IT infrastructure, resulting on stability and cost reduction improvement for the
company in terms of IT services.
o Leading of the change of all the physical network connection of the factories located in difficult access areas
promoting a considerable cost reduction with the change on all the telephonic network to a VOIP model, data
migration from physical network to the cloud, as well as promoting agility and availability of the systems to the
employees, implementation of long-distance connection for conference calls, and renovating all the system and
technological park.
o Contractual negotiations with SAP resulting in reduction of costs of around 40% across the IT department within
5 years.
o Coordinating a team of around 60 people, including direct and indirect reporting.

Through a solid work with visible gains, I have accumulated with time, other departments under my management, also presenting
consisted results, as such:
* Human resources:
o Implementation of an indicators model x bonus for all company, besides the model of an aggressive budget
control with an "Based Budgeting methodology";
o Conducted the revitalization of all the technological access, and several health improvement projects awarded on
TV, among others;

* Supply:
o Conducted the implementation of the management model, with the creation of indicators and cost reduction;
o Implemented the management plan for national and international suppliers, in addition to the development and
tools for Spends control, as well as the adoption of virtual tools for purchasing auctions;

o Budget: ~150 mi
* Legal:
o Implemented the central legal area, with contract management control (consumer, civil, litigation, etc.), as well
as led to the renegotiation of contracts with external offices promoting the reduction of external costs.

* After Sales
o Implemented the area's processes, with the adoption of a call control system, returns and indicators;
