The company I work for is a maintenance contractor for various industries throughout the UAE and
across the world.
Job Description:
* Ordering, receiving and placing into inventory the Rope Access equipment at the manager's
discretion.
* Oversee the Rope Access store.
* Update and maintain the RAMS (Rope Access Management System) regarding the type, amount and
conformity of the equipment, etc.
* Actively involved in site visits and the preparation of quotations for potential and existing
clients.
* Compile the required documents for the rope access teams whenever there is a job to be done.
* Coordinate with the teams to ensure the job is done safely, professionally, timeously and as
per the client's requirements.
* Ensure that the mobilization & demobilization processes ran smoothly.
* Liaison between client and our company from the time of job commencement till completion.
* Assist with the compiling and submittal of documents for tenders, RFI's and RFQ's with major
companies in various industries.
* Actively involved in the marketing of rope access services offered by our company for various
industries.
* Compiled my own brochure for marketing rope access activities for the benefit of the company.
* Responsible for the prequalification / registration processes of our company with other
