Methodologically, I’ve followed traditional waterfall and now, if the project allows it, I recommend Agile best practices with DevOps tools.
During these years, I have acquired strong experience on manage resources, track cost-scope-time, project performance, conducting risk assessments and expectations, etc. I deal with every activity with the objective to provide competences and solutions that create an added value to our client's operating performance and financial results.
