Responsible for the strategy and execution of the Group's Communications Plan. The
position involves leading the annual management of internal and external
communications, MKT and advertising at the corporate level and for each of the
business units. Providing strategic HR consultation to implement the business plan and
manage the human side of executing business strategy by aligning people with business
decisions. Lead initiatives related to internal climate management, culture processes,
values and innovation. LEAN approach.
Achievements: * M&A MACO S.A. and MACO Litoral: Communication, cultural transfer and organizational
change. More than 1,600 collaborators inside and outside the agreement, plant closings and
office relocation without affecting service and with high levels of commitment
* External Communication of 160th Anniversary and 20 years of Brink's Co. and Brink's
Argentina. Drafting, editing and publication of ad hoc book. Implementation of a
Comprehensive Value Proposal Program for the Collaborator post restructuring with an
acceptance rate higher than 70%.
* Management of the Compliance Policy and cultural actions linked to the Code of Ethics, with
compliance levels of 100% in leaders and 85% in DC collaborators.
