Project history
• Own delivery end-to-end on a patient-facing, AI-enabled health & wellness platform from feature conception and scoping to production release - across backend, web, and native iOS: conversational AI chat, medical document upload and analysis pipelines, EHR-sourced health records, insurance and care-team workflows, subscription monetisation, and admin tooling.
• Backend: NestJS REST API, PostgreSQL, TypeORM migrations, OAuth 2.0, 2FA, field-level encryption with key rotation, background jobs/queues, EHR/ETL integrations (Athelas), AI chart-note enrichment, Stripe, AWS (S3, SES), and multi-provider LLM config.
• Frontend: React (Vite, TypeScript), Tailwind + Radix UI, React Query, i18n; streaming chat and SSE for long-running document jobs; secure token handling with refresh interceptors.
• OS: Built a native SwiftUI app from scratch to TestFlight - OAuth2 + token refresh, Socket.IO realtime chat, Keychain storage, dark mode/Dynamic Type, five-locale localization, and a fastlane/CI release pipeline (XcodeGen-managed project).
• Integration & tech lead: Owned the contracts and seams between systems - OpenAPI-driven typed client codegen keeping web, iOS, and backend aligned, plus the dev → stage → prod release flow, CI enforcement, and hotfix coordination.
• Product & process: Acted as product owner/manager (deciding what shipped, got cut, or was scoped down), ran the team's Scrum and served as the liaison translating between engineering and non-tech stakeholders.
Developed responsive web applications using MERN stack, designed RESTful APIs, created algorithms for matchmaking apps, and managed full lifecycle of software projects.
I have taken on the role of the Full Stack Engineer and Tech Lead at a stealth startup based in Vichy, France. I have played a pivotal role in building the MVP with MERN stack, as well as shaping the company's tech strategy and direction on top of directing the product strategy along with the founders.
