Agile Coach, Scrum Master and Product Owner

My track record spans 15 years of professional experience with Lean, Lean Startup, Agile and Design Thinking, both in German- and English-speaking teams. The last 6, I served over a dozen different teams as a freelance Agile Coach and Scrum Master. They range from C-level leadership teams to business- and IT teams in half a dozen companies, mostly in the energy sector, but also in the automotive- and insurance sector.

My superpower is to bring co-creative spaces and processes to life, where the agile values and principles empower teams and individuals. Drawing from my experiences as a Founder, Product Owner and Software Developer, further enriches my hands-on experience to improve the customer-centric collaboration in and between teams, be it in an on-site, remote or hybrid work environment.
