Project history
Technology and management consultancy for SMEs (CNAE 70.20) based on the Costa del Sol with a development team in Brazil. Three service lines: custom software and data systems, an outsourced marketing department (local SEO, advertising, web) and operations consulting for restaurants (Mise Consulting). Leading the company, product and technical delivery; co-founded with a former internal audit director from KPMG.
Cross-border investment initiatives in Portugal and LATAM for a private investment group. Conducted a 20-day scouting trip to Brazil with 15+ meetings with developers, asset managers and funds; documented eight opportunities into decision memos.
