Project history
Owning the complete product lifecycle solo for B2B SaaS products serving paying customers. Built ReplyJi, a unified AI commerce inbox for Instagram and WhatsApp using Next.js, FastAPI, and Meta APIs. Engineered FleetDecks, a white-label AI operations platform for car-rental businesses with a Go backend and WhatsApp agent. Built and deployed VTClock HRMS, a mobile-first workforce management PWA and Android app backed by FastAPI and MongoDB.
Built a Golang subscription-management microservice for revocations, unpaid subscriptions, and chargebacks. Reduced LLM token usage 5x by refactoring Go services and JavaScript inference modules. Built analytics pipelines and owned end-to-end technical execution across architecture, specifications, code reviews, and mentoring.
Owned backend for the Teachmint X connected-classroom stack, shipping QR login, device tracking, and subscription flows improving login speed by 30%. Built cross-platform purchase validation and lifecycle management for Android, iOS, and web supporting INR 1.5 Cr+ in recurring revenue. Rebuilt the FCM notification framework improving delivery performance by 40% and built a custom-domain email system.
