Providing fractional CFO and strategic advisory services from Barcelona and remotely. Key clients include Cable Energy (seed-stage energy retailer: strategic financial leadership, AI-enabled investor reporting, KPI infrastructure, SPV structuring, Chinese OEM supply chain, $4M pre-seed funding announced May 2026) and Covolt (Dutch Independent Aggregator: supporting Series A raise targeting €10M, entry assessment and operational blueprint for Spain and Portugal, analysis of RD 88/2026, competitive landscape and revenue value stack across flexibility and capacity markets).
Owned P&L, strategy, and operations with staff across five European countries and a 30+ country dealer network. Scaled from €15M to €50M in 2 years without equity dilution. Upgraded commercial operating system, built proprietary asset management platform (>30,000 systems), owned audit cycle, regulatory compliance, investor communications, and successfully completed internal leadership transition.
