For almost four years, I was Chief of Staff to a Division President at a Fortune 500 fintech company, supporting a Leadership Team of 20+ executives across 6 lines of business. I owned the operating rhythm, prepared C-suite and Board-level materials, led Town Halls for 2,000+ people, and ran the annual budget and forecasting process together with Finance. Before that, I managed global projects with 30+ team members, and I started my career in venture capital.
I work in English, Polish and German, and bring 10+ years of hands-on experience in international, multicultural teams. I also hold an MBA from the University of North Florida.
