AI Architect and AI Engineer for Indra/Minsait at the Xunta de Galicia Regional Government Ministry of Finance: architected modernization of a legacy Java public-administration application using Hexagonal Architecture and Strangler Fig pattern, defined target stack Java 21 + Spring Boot 3.5, introduced Spec-Driven Development with OpenAPI 3.1, designed an AI agent kit for AI-assisted migration, and ran a phased Legacy Application Assessment.
