Project history
Operational support through interim mission (AVEM) securing Excel-based tools, automated KPI dashboards and reinforced supply chain processes. Developed prototypes using Excel, Power Query, Power BI and n8n to streamline planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Mid-term production planning (1-12 months) including new product launches. Designed a capacity simulator combining forecasted needs and machine availability. Built a simulator to align workforce needs by key position with machine load plans.
Short-term production plan ownership (2-month horizon). Created a proactive shortage detection tool and process to manage ingredients and finished goods near expiry. Improved MRP parameters and processes in collaboration with AX consultants.
