Project history
Maintaining and extending the Join Program loyalty and customer engagement platform. Developing and optimizing backend services using Laravel and GraphQL APIs. Serving as integration lead for Innovorder POS synchronization and Pay.nl/Mollie payment integrations for the Okhuysen client. Designed and shipped the tap-to-pay feature for the Join Program POS. Collaborating with frontend teams on data schemas and GraphQL contracts, and improving system reliability through performance tuning.
Architected and developed Tribuscard end-to-end, a Laravel SaaS platform for creating and managing digital business cards. Designed a scalable multi-tenant backend with secure tenant isolation and role-based access control. Owned the full production infrastructure including server provisioning, hosting, deployment, and monitoring. Configured Laravel queues and background workers using Horizon and Redis. Integrated the Laravel AI SDK for intelligent form generation and built RESTful APIs supporting web, NFC, and QR-based interactions. Implemented authentication with Google/Microsoft OAuth, Laravel Sanctum, and a subscription management system.
Collaborated with the CEO to architect and develop a multi-tenant ERP platform. Built a dynamic marketing tool for targeted campaigns via Mailgun and Microsoft Outlook. Integrated the Microsoft Graph API for in-platform scheduling and communication. Pioneered GPT-4o integration for intelligent email features. Optimized front-end performance by 10x by replacing jQuery tables with AgGrid and adopting AlpineJS.
