Built a production-grade fraud detection system for e-commerce transactions with sub-200ms inference latency using FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, XGBoost, SHAP, JWT, and Docker. Designed feature engineering for fraud signals, implemented real-time scoring endpoints, and developed a React dashboard for live transaction monitoring.
Designed a hybrid NLP recommendation engine combining sparse TF-IDF with dense SentenceTransformer embedding fallbacks across a 518-item SHL catalog. Deployed production REST APIs via FastAPI on Render and evaluated retrieval using Precision@5 and MRR.
