Engineering core features of a multi-tenant, HIPAA-compliant EHR platform holding millions of patient records, used daily by thousands of clinical providers. Responsibilities include designing production AWS architecture, architecting SNS fan-out systems, implementing FHIR R4-conformant data models and APIs, building JWT-based permission systems in React, designing near real-time analytics sync pipelines from MongoDB Change Streams into ClickHouse, building internal MCP servers for AI coding agents, and operating an OpenSpec-driven workflow using Claude Code and Serena LSP.
Retrieval-augmented clinical assistant built on Bedrock Agents and Knowledge Bases, with Bedrock Guardrails enforcing clinical-safety and PHI-handling constraints. Data layer implemented as an AWS Glue ETL pipeline landing curated clinical datasets queryable through Athena, with the entire stack provisioned reproducibly through AWS CDK. Built with a fully AI-native workflow using OpenSpec specifications and reusable Claude Skills.
