SAP S4HANA 2020 implementation for FMCG client Mitchell's Fruit Farms Ltd, using SAP Activate (Agile)
methodology. I am a Lead SAP CO Consultant, and have driven value to this project through:
• Constructive requirements gathering sessions with end-users and business stakeholders to define and
analyse requirements
• Business Analysis of AS-IS/TO-BE processes, including performing Fit/Gap analysis to identify
business process improvement opportunities, risks and solution design requirements
• Lead SAP design, configuration, delivery and testing of SAP S4HANA FI/CO solution
I configured the SAP solution for this project, including;
• Enterprise Structure for SAP FICO
• SAP Profit Center Accounting and Cost Center Accounting.
• SAP Product Costing with Make to stock scenario - costing variant, valuation variant to determine the
product cost on legal, group and profit center valuation.
• SAP Actual Costing with Material Ledger - Parallel valuation with the transfer pricing approach between
the profit centers of Grocery and Confectionery.
• Account Based SAP COPA Report with a combination of different characteristics of distribution
channels, divisions, customer group to show management oriented profitability report that is truly
reconciled with SAP FI General ledgers.
• Energy Cost and Quantity Allocation with Indirect Activity Allocation method, to distribute the energy
cost and quantity to different receiver cost centers.
