I provide services such as product designs (mini oven, full-size oven, built-in products and visual changes of existing products), development of production sites, replacement of traditional production methods that increase costs with technological innovations, offering innovations that increase production in machine parks and production site efficiency consultancy for my customers.

I have been involved in hundreds of projects in Turkey and abroad. In these projects, I have taken part in both project designer, project manager and active project formation in the field.

I have helped many of my customers establish and manage their production processes from the design stage to product packaging so that they can produce their own products in their own production sites.

My general area of expertise is; examining the production of my customers and the companies I serve, identifying inefficient processes that increase the production cost of the products they sell and offering solutions that can be improved in these processes.

As you may appreciate, companies are progressing slowly in identifying low-efficiency processes in their production areas and improving them with today's technology. As a result, they are risking their market share by producing high-cost products. They cannot increase their competitive power in the market.

(Such as replacing full-size ovens that have been offered to consumer markets for years with built-in oven systems)

• Saving the inefficient printing processes of manufactured products and sheet metal parts with manual mold methods in press machines, and transforming these printing processes into high-volume, low-cost and higher-quality processes with progressive and transfer mold systems.

• Obtaining more stable and higher-quality semi-finished products by creating welding methods in the joining of semi-finished sheet metal parts used in products.

• Producing parts that are bent more stably and accurately with bending machines

• Making assembly lines more productive and more controlled with smart assembly lines

- Supporting technical research and purchasing issues to eliminate deficiencies in the machinery needed for the production site. (press machine purchases, static paint shop facility purchases, enamel facility purchases, test tracks for product certification, packaging systems purchases, etc.)

- Finding suppliers for the purchasing department and communicating with them on technical issues. It is an advantage for me to be in close contact with many oven and stove part suppliers and machine suppliers in Turkey.
