Project history
As a Professional Services and Extended Expertise Engineer at Palo Alto Networks, my role revolves around helping clients get the most out of their cybersecurity investments. I work closely with customers to understand their specific security requirements and then deploy and configure Palo Alto Networks solutions like firewalls, Panorama, Cortex XDR to meet those needs.
My day-to-day involves everything from implementing complex security architectures to troubleshooting issues that arise in real-world scenarios. I collaborate with customers to optimize their security posture, making sure that their systems are properly integrated and that their teams are empowered to manage the solutions effectively.
Beyond technical deployment, I provide extended expertise by offering ongoing support, best practice recommendations, and training to ensure that clients are fully equipped to handle security challenges. My goal is to be a trusted advisor, helping customers secure their infrastructure while improving operational efficiency through Palo Alto Networks technologies.

• Analyze the existing firewall system landscape and provide
valuable insights for the design and implementation of advanced
successor technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in firewall
technology to ensure the architecture remains future-oriented.
• Provide expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex network
security service requests and incidents as the final escalation
point.
• Implement effective mitigating measures to address securityrelated
