  • Provide remote network configuration support for the migration for Comcast business customers: CBH (Cell Back Haul) and Metro (L2 and L3 services).
  • Migration of Metro-E services such as EDIA, PRI, EPL, EVPL, ENS, and ELAN.
  • Migrate Costumer’s Equipment such as: Juniper ex4200, EX4550, Juniper mx960, Cisco CRS-8, Cisco ASR-9k, ASR9000v, Ciena – CN (3916,3930,3931,311v)
  • Maintain project coordination with National Team, Regional Teams (Market Level), Field Technicians, Remote Support team, and all Customer involved parties.
  • Establish practices, templates, policies, documentation, and tools to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
  • Analyze and improve the overall process and train new staff members.

  • Software upgrade planning and coordination with a customer to meet customer needs. 
  • Software upgrade of 8615, 8609, and 8602 Tellabs network elements via Intelligent Network Management and CLI 
  • Pre-Maintenance Window Activities (Pre-check/Health check of 86xx NE and decide if an NE is ready for upgrade)
