Hi! I’m Gideon Akpaidang. I’ve built my career as an IT Support Administrator, mainly in the telecom industry with companies like MTN Nigeria, Globacom, and Airtel NG. I’m passionate about technology and dedicated to keeping businesses running smoothly.
I’m skilled in troubleshooting, network management, and providing technical support, ensuring everything stays on track. My time with these telecom companies has sharpened my technical abilities and helped me build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
I’ve also worked as a Data Entry Agent at Empretec, where I focused on accuracy and detail, and as an Executive Assistant, where I managed complex schedules and important projects. Balancing technical work with administrative tasks is something I take pride in.
My philosophy background gives me a unique way of looking at problems, helping me stay objective and critical in my approach. Combined with my experience, this has strengthened my leadership, teamwork, and personal development skills.
Looking ahead, I’m focused on growing my IT support and executive assistance expertise. I’m all about improving efficiency and driving innovation in whatever I do. I’m committed to continuous learning and am excited about what’s next.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about volunteering. I’ve been involved with organizations like Street Mentors Network, where I’ve been able to give back to the community.
