Provide advice to eCommerce infrastructure and Business projects on tasks required to meet technical
and business requirements also assist with estimating of time and cost for changes
Produce new and improve existing support documentation and procedures
Comply with security policy and process within their technology domain
Apply IT Service Management (ITIL) best practice
Provide on-call support for TIM / TAM systems as required




Org/Role: IAM SME for the Retail store in the United States.
Brief
Description:
Implementing Tivoli Identity Solution to manage the Life-cycle of the users. Configuration of ITDI
Assembly Lines for initial user data uploads to ITIM servers. Customization of the environments as
per the customer requirements. Integrating the services with ITIM. Effectively supporting 24/7
business need and adhering the SLA. Identifying the bottle necks in the environment and applying the
patches to enhance the business flow. Perform the knowledge transfer required to transition
responsibility for ongoing maintenance to client team following the deployment.

Implementing HA architecture to support 24/7 business need. Production support to the environment
integrated with Tivoli Access Manager and resolve issues encountered in the administered area.
Constantly upgrade the environment with the patches and fixes released. Provide consulting to
