I am an experienced Food Safety Consultant with over 15 years of professional experience in food safety inspections, audits, regulatory compliance, and training. My career has been dedicated to helping food businesses achieve the highest safety standards and ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
For more than a decade, I have worked as a State Food Inspector at the Food and Veterinary Agency of North Macedonia, conducting comprehensive inspections at all stages of food production and distribution. My responsibilities included enforcing food hygiene requirements, auditing HACCP systems, and verifying compliance with food safety legislation. Additionally, I have extensive experience in Food Contact Materials (FCM) control, helping businesses align with EU Regulations and related standards.
