Software Engineer

I am an experienced Android Application Developer with a solid background in Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly in Computer Vision and Deep Learning. Over the past year, I’ve developed three functional and user-friendly Android applications, where I focused on creating smooth, efficient apps using tools like Retrofit for seamless API integration and Room database for effective local data storage.
One of my key projects is a note-taking app that allows users to add, update, delete, and favorite notes. I utilized the MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) architecture to ensure that the app is maintainable and scalable. This structure helped me deliver a well-organized, easy-to-use application while ensuring that performance remains optimal even with larger datasets.
Beyond Android development, I have a strong foundation in AI, particularly in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. I developed an Arabic Handwritten Recognition System, a project that allowed me to implement models that accurately identify and process handwritten Arabic text. This involved both convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and language-specific techniques, merging my understanding of AI with practical real-world applications.
Another noteworthy project is a Car Detection System that I developed using Flask and deep learning models. This system detects and highlights cars in images with high accuracy, showcasing my expertise in deploying AI models for computer vision tasks. Additionally, I have explored creative image processing techniques like transforming images into artistic paintings and working with image similarity algorithms to compare and analyze visual data effectively.
