With over 12 years of specialized experience in leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies, I bring a proven track record of driving efficiency, innovation, and quality across complex engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) projects. My journey spans critical infrastructure sectors like hyperscale data centers, metro rail stations, energy facilities, and pharmaceutical industries, where I have played pivotal roles from BIM coordination to management.

Currently, as an EPCM BIM Manager at Fluor Daniel India, I lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows organization-wide. I oversee BIM technology adoption, project model setup including Common Data Environment (CDE) configuration, model federation, and clash management. My role involves managing and mentoring a team of BIM coordinators and modelers, ensuring consistent quality through regular quality audits and by fostering a culture of continuous learning.
