Project description
The purpose of the project is to Implementation of strategic Archival & Purge platform to enable data archival of VF UK source systems and subsequent data purge to enforce GDPR compliance requirement. Data archival (initial as well as recurrent archival) of the BRM, Siebel and WCC.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
-Automating Table Imports and Exports to Database using Sqoop tool by Oozie.
-Implementing Sqoop Forking and Parallel Job execution using Oozie.
-Designing and developing various Micro services using Spring Boot.
-Submitting and developing Jars using Spark.
-Developed Archival search platform.
-Involved in defining, designing and developing applications, specially using Hadoop by leveraging frameworks such as Hive.
-Importing and exporting data from Oracle database to Hive using Sqoop.
-Created Managed tables and External tables in Hive.
-Implemented various performance tuning techniques such as Partitioning in Hive.

The above project stores all the documents and applies it a digital signature and provides sharing these documents to other institutions or people using AES-128 bit protected QR-Code.
