Direct end-to-end operations across 3 high-density and 3 low-density energy centres while managing onboarding of new sites across Sudbury, Hastings, and Swinnow Park. Lead and mentor core team of 5-6 multi-skilled engineers and coordinate specialized contract teams. Architected an asset register and PPM framework from scratch based on SFG20, BSI standards, and manufacturer guidance. Ensure 100% statutory compliance across all facilities for fire safety, L8/Legionella water hygiene, SFG20 servicing, and RAMS/COSHH risk assessments.
Completed Blue Heron Training leadership programme for high-potential leaders and led King's Cross district heating and cooling operations.
