Product Head of B2C Growth (former Marketplace Tribe)

• Driving a seamless collaboration across the entire organisation to ensure a high-quality product delivery that aligns with both the B2C customer needs and our strategic company goals.
• Our cross-functional teams deliver innovative e-commerce solutions that drive increased traffic, optimize conversions and generate revenue growth.

Product manager

• Responsible for leading the full-scale renewal of the C2C marketplace across mobile and desktop platforms.
• Led the E2E redesign of the Vatera marketplace, aligning UX, business and technical priorities to modernize the platform.
• Managed the complete lifecycle of the company’s mobile application from user research and concept validation through delivery and post-launch optimisation.
• Acted as the key interface between business stakeholders, developers, designers and marketing to ensure a cohesive product vision.
• Defined and monitored core marketplace KPIs (traffic, conversion, GMVrelated indicators), translating insights into prioritised roadmap initiatives.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery while balancing legacy constraints and new feature development.

Product manager

• Led product development for a live streaming platform (iOS and desktop), managing both product strategy and a 20 people Budapest based team.
• Owned the product roadmap for a real time live streaming application with international user base.
• Led a multidisciplinary team of 20 ppl (engineering, QA, design, Analyst), ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business goals.
• Prioritised feature development in a fast-paced, high-traffic digital environment.
• Balanced user engagement optimisation with platform stability and scalability
