- Ensure the successful development, deployment and launch of new technologies and processes throughout AVO Carbon Group (9 plants worldwide).
- Create a global organization & platform to centralize expertise, facilitate information to all the plants and generate a continuous improvement culture.
- Introduce an Industry 4.0 strategic plan.
- Reengineering of Frankfurt Plant as a pilot to implement new production systems by set upping high runner cells and low runners cells and the related infrastructure and organization.
