IT Infrastructure Support for DOW Southern Africa. Responsibilities included timeous resolution of problems, equipment rollout and configuration, remote site support, and implementation of IT infrastructure for educational institutions and enterprises.
Involved in the setup and implementation of the City Of Johannesburg call centre in Roodepoort. Provided desktop support for the Roodepoort Region and was transferred to the Midrand Region until 2003.
Served as Vehicle Evaluation System Auditor from 1991 to 1994. Evaluated random vehicles for assembly and aesthetic quality. Ensured quality procedures were followed on the assembly lines.
