He has more than 15 years working experience in continuous improvement (TPM/WCM/LEAN/CI), change management, supplier qualification audit, capability assessment, gap assessment, operational audit, compliance audit, internal control audit and supplier development in China & APAC and 15 years industrial working experience in plant production, quality, engineering and maintenance in Malaysia. His industry experiences are in Pulp & Paper mills, two-piece aluminum beverage and steel food can plant, dairy, food and beverage plants (FMCG).

He is proficient in English, Chinese, Cantonese, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia. He passed Chinese Proficiency Test HSK Level 5 with the result of 281/300 Score (Listeining:100/100, Reading:99/100, Writing:86/100)

He has registered a management company in Shanghai and is able to issue invoice and Fapiao for his services.
