methodologically compliant T&T Program.

Leads or Program Director, making sure that all date needed is correct and properly filed in.
* Always keeping a close communication with the key stakeholders from the program.
* Weekly procurement reporting to the client and Program Director.
* Tracking and chasing the Resource Management and Procurement Management PO`s status
* Starting and implementing the procurement process and making it feet to the Program needs. So that
waste of time is reduced to the minim.
* Ensuring that the process which are implemented run according to the work instructions and roles and
responsibilities.
* Creating Resource and Procurement process work instructions and making sure that are
acknowledged and fallowed by all the stakeholders.
* Updating the Procurement management Handbook area from the Procurement Management Officer
Handbook.
* Facilitating the communication between T&T and the external stakeholders.
* Minutes of meetings.
Resource Management -Lead for the Program Management Officer handbook update
* Updating the Resource management area from the Program Management Officer handbook.
* Preparing and Leading the meetings and make sure that every stakeholder involved, contributes to the
update.
