Project history
My duties in the project;
* Help Desk operations management
* Planning field maintenance teams
* LTE / 3g / 2g failure solutions with remote access
* RNC / OSS / MSS controls to fix senronization problems
* Activation of new sites, parameter controls before SVT
* Battery planning to the sites
* Control of transmission backups
* Presentation of weekly & monthly status reports to the customer
* Implementation of customer's requests on the field
* Help Desk operations management

* Prepare base stations' xml script (Site Basic & Site Eq etc.).
* Activate base station with remote access.
* To control and change the parameters of the base station with remote access.
* Control of pre-license parameters and features of base stations.
* Tracking of licenses, checking, field installation.
* RNC UTRAN data loading and checking of RNC & Site parameters and making necessary changes.
* Test Drive teams are directed to the field and solve the problems that will occur during the
test.
* To give support to field teams (HW & SW) in case of problems.
* Reducing the waiting time of the field teams in the field (based on BSS).
* Supporting field teams (Retu \ Iub \ SW \ HW etc.) to organize more efficiently.
* Rapidly analyze requests and suggestions of RF planning or optimization teams to make necessary
interventions.
* Configuration and testing of external alarms specified by the customer.
* Ericsson SL (Smart Laptop) setup and application on the site.
* Creation of scripts for SL with Ericsson PCI tool.
* Installation of site data with Ericsson SRS Wep tool, description of SRS users.
