Leading UX and UI designs for Imperial Tobacco on various website and eCRM projects, including BVI update, site maps and navigation, and loyalty scheme. Working with clients such as Henkel, Lambert & Butler, and Heinz & Disney on end-to-end UX/UI projects.
Worked on projects for Ford motor company across the whole site including Owners, Ecommerce, Commercial Vehicles, and EMP. Led UX and UI on EMP, online service booking relaunch, and e-transit range calculator.
Created a dashboard tool with Sketch for the analytics team to compare and estimate property portfolio prices. Improved the current website creating a new flow based on UX principles.
