OND is a design studio exploring UX, digital, innovation, service, and strategy. Hwang founded OND Lab and grew it from an empty space into a design agency with 13 employees. OND aims to carry out meaningful digital innovation through creative design methods and processes, and values to propose a strategic solution from a holistic service point of view and approach.

Lead the team to create a design language system of digital healthcare propositions. Align and harmonize user experience with a single design system. Create unique and valued differentiation in customer experience for Philips in the health-technology domain.
• Philips Healthcare My Health Journey
Hwang Kim leads the team to design a system to deliver population health management services to Amsterdam citizens. MHJ health platform provides access to personalized health services that facilitate self-management and collaboration.
• Philips Kitchen appliance + Noom
Created a weight management service system together with Noom as a new potential business unit for Philips KA. Worked and realized appliance and digital solution hybrid business and service models with data measurable protocol for validation.
• Philips Male Grooming Service
Defined the entire service strategy of Philips MG digital service platform. Successfully created value propositions, strategic hypothesis setting, design and contents strategy, and market penetration strategy.

Defined the metadata structure, content strategy, interaction pattern, and detailed interface execution throughout the evidence-based design process including the qualitative and quantitative research, and testing.
* Interactive tour guide system for National Palace Museum of S.Korea
Pursued user research, information architecture, UX/UI design, and framework of an interactive tour guide system for
National Palace Museum of S.Korea. The project consists of research, strategy and design, focusing on a pilot interaction
prototype running inside of an Google android framework. Worked very closely with stakeholders and contents providers to
come up with collaborate-able product propositions.
* Asiana Airline in-flight entertainment system
Developed user interaction and user interface of In-fight entertainment system for Asiana airlines, create usability and
interaction principles, UIS(User Interaction Specification), functional wireframes, flows, VIPB(Visual Interface Principle
Baseline) and interactive transition prototypes
* Successfully won five website user experience design development contracts and led user interaction and interface design to completion including Unicef Korea, KB bank and Amore pacific
