Led end-to-end IBM Maximo solution design and implementation for DP World, translating business requirements into scalable configurations, customizations, and integrations across Development, UAT, and Production environments. Developed Automation Scripts, Application Designer UI customizations, and workflow enhancements. Engineered integration between IBM Maximo 7.6, Oracle Fusion, and external systems using MIF, REST/SOAP. Managed change and release cycles via JIRA and CAB governance.
