Developed approach for SCM reorganization included improvement area determination, organization
change management, IT Architecture (based on SAP and Quintiq solution), High Level Program Plan
and Budget for its implementation.

Quality assurance of SAP Implementation project for biggest Russian carmaker. Analysis proposed
functional solution and systems gaps, made recommendation to improve solution and to solve gaps
for O2C, P2P processes.

IT Architecture, High Level Program Plan and Budget for its implementation were developed. My
responsible was SCM area and integration.

Quality assurance of SAP Implementation project for Downstream. Analysis proposed functional
solution and systems gaps for O2C, P2P and SCM processes, made recommendation to improve solution
and to solve gaps.

Big SAP systems implementation project, including ERP, SCM, SRM, SLC, BPC, TM, MII.
Blueprint was successful finished.

Project goal were developed IT Architecture for Sales & SCM for FMCG company to support operation
for united company.
Analyzed Sales In/Out, Production, Purchasing, Transportation, VMI, Claims, and Warehousing
Processes for Efes and SAB Miller, discussed with business owner direction of process development
and made recommendation for transition IT Architecture in Sales & SCM area. Based on IT
Architecture we developed Project Plan for implementation united IT architecture.
Also based on business requirement we developed target IT architecture based on SAP solutions and
High Level Plan with estimated budget to reached target IT architecture.

Project goals were SCM Architecture, High Level Program Plan for its implementation and Business
case.
To reach goals we made express analysis for all divisions, conducted brainstorming week with SAP
expert, including international expert with Metal&Mining experience. Based on results analysis and
ideas from brain storming week we prepared Sales & SCM Architecture based on SAP ERP & SCM. Based
on current IT Architecture and agreed Sales & SCM Architecture we developed High Level Program
Plan and estimated budget that was approved by Business case.

Project goal: SAP SRM Implementation.
SAP SRM was implemented. First implementation SAP SRM 7.0 in Russia.
SAP SRM was integrated with SAP ERP, OeBS, SAP MDM. Implementation was made into 2 projects.
Also based on the system implementation Business processes were updated.

Project goal: Supply Process Reengineering in Upstream
The SPR project allowed TNK-BP to implement an integrated Demand Planning, Procurement, Material
Management and Sales processes supported by SAP ERP.
SAP implementation was made into 2 steps: pilot for HQ and RPC in Nizhnevartovsk and roll-out for
other RPC.
Also based on the system implementation we updated Business processes.
After main system implementation where I was Team Lead, I had a few projects as Project Manager.
