private and public sectors.
* Proficient in looking after end-to-end management of multiple projects, monitoring progress of project as per schedule and
ensuring timely completion & delivery of project to the client.
* Significant experience in managing Helpdesk / Service Desk (L-I,II &III) teams, IT service by infrastructure, security, systems
