Independent contractor engaged as part of the in-house BI Development team, currently delivering the BI 4.2 to 4.3 upgrade programme. Leading universe development in IDT including derived tables, business layer filters, prompt/parameter and LOV configuration. Designing and building Web Intelligence reports including combined/union queries and report-level functions. Managing patch and Support Pack sequencing, CMS repository updates and PAM-certified driver verification for Oracle 19c connectivity. De-facto system administrator for BusinessObjects, designing and building a sustainable security model for in-house users and 50+ nationwide dealers. Gathered detailed reporting requirements from Sales, Marketing, Parts, HR, Finance and Warranty stakeholders.
