I am an engineer consultant with experience in the aerospace industry in Germany. I have been part of multinational teams and worked on transnational projects, on topics such as Cost Controlling, Supply Chain Quality and Quality. Due to my duties and responsibilities I have been in continuous alignment and coordination with local and transnational management teams, with different departments within the company and Suppliers, built a collaborative engagement and ensured the project targets. I have completed a Master programme in Sustainable Development Management. This Master's Degree has given me knowledge in Environmental economics & Business strategy and environment, Renewable Energies, Business and climate change, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, among others.

- Ensure that the development and industrialization of procured items and operations are managed
- Ensure that operational issues with procured items are managed
- Establish/update a procurement performance dashboard for the program

Cross Functional support for Headcount allocation and management. Provide consolidated actuals and forecast report to finance for P&L and resource allocation. Hiring request management and reporting to steering committee.
• Supply Chain Mgmt. Performance and Surveillance on Supply Chain Quality at POM (Procurement Operations Materials & Parts). Ensured and demonstrated that all approved Suppliers were continuously under control and met Airbus requirements, performing activities such as Supplier Control Review (200 per year), On-Time Delivery & Rejection rate follow-up, Recovery planning follow-up, Quality Management System & NADCAP management, 8D (Root cause analysis), Quality Assurance Plan and Quality Fundamentals deployment, IPCA+ Action plan follow up.
• Project Management Officer (PMO) at FTI department (Flight Test Installation): In charge of the preparation and coordination of the cost activities and reviews on a monthly basis. Monitored and reported internal and external costs locally in Germany, as well as a consolidated global overview for Germany & France. Budget review and explanation for potential deviations. Accruals preparation and analysis. EVM (Earned Value Management) implementation, analysis and monitoring. Monitoring FCAC (Forecast at completion) and workload forecast. Implementation and maintenance of the Q6 process (Airbus internal process, lean methodology).
