Project history
Execution partner and de facto operations lead for Qualitas-Pro GmbH, coordinating quality engineers and supplier-development work across DACH and CEE. Led industrial requirements and process logic for Qualiteh Sync and related workflow tools. Owned project quality for wind OEM/Tier-1 contexts including Siemens Gamesa and Vestas. Ran VDA 6.3 process audits, pre-contract evaluations and supplier capability assessments. Led high-escalation NCR/CAPA campaigns using 8D/A3, containment, verification of effectiveness, Quality Alerts and lessons-learned deployment.
Ran high-volume electronics production across SMT and assembly, three shifts and 100+ employees in a post-greenfield automated plant. Managed international equipment transfer from Germany, including FAT, training, prototype production and OEM Run@Rate validation preparation.
