Founded GTMI as a B2B software and technology consultancy focused on industrial software, MES delivery, regulated manufacturing systems, OT/IT integration, and digital transformation. Provides remote consultancy around validated digital execution, product governance, integration boundaries, delivery controls, and scalable software practices for manufacturing clients. Packages prior Saint-Gobain programme experience into repeatable consulting capability for MES, validation, traceability, and delivery governance engagements.
Led product and programme delivery for a validated digital execution platform used in regulated Life Sciences manufacturing across US and European sites. Owned roadmap, requirements, backlog direction, validation support, release governance, deployment readiness, and stakeholder alignment across quality, IT, operations, engineering, and leadership. Supported delivery under FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GAMP 5 expectations including URS, VMP, IQ/OQ/PQ, risk assessment, traceability, and audit-ready evidence.
