Project history
Collaborated across first-line investment teams to design and implement best-practice processes using technology as part of LGIMs large scale transformation project STOM (Strategic Operating Model). Focused on expanding the existing partnership with StateStreet by expanding its usage of Charles River technology. Responsibilities included promoting collaboration in fund management practices, documenting requirements in Jira, identifying operational risks, documenting process flows in Microsoft Visio and Aris, producing change requests, and helping define best practice for the Global Operating Model.
Designed and documented business processes relating to current state, business process optimisation, target state operating models, and deep dives on processes following risk events. Carried out deep dive process reviews, mapped business processes using ARIS and MS Visio, captured tasks using Jira and risks using OneSumX, built internal and external networks, and ran structured workshops across multiple business functions. Presented risks and recommendations to senior leadership and ensured process flows were documented in Confluence.
Owned the change investment relationship with Aviva Investors and coordinated, prioritised, and delivered the investment change portfolio. Project managed the ESG Investment work-stream for the UK Life Business, provided project management support for the Libor Transition project, redesigned the IMA amendment process, and supported the investment oversight team with service reviews.
