The client, a leading global logistics and courier delivery provider operating in over 220 countries, was expanding their collaborative-shipping services.
✔️ Enabled smoother customer onboarding and cross-party collaboration for compliant international shipments by delivering microservices, APIs, integrations, and secure link-sharing features across multiple parties
✔️ Supported successful service delivery by acting as the technical point of contact in multi-layered client meetings
✔️ Ensured system stability, performance, and smooth feature adoption during daily deployments through monitoring production logs, metrics, and alerts, and carefully planning and executing Optimizely Rollouts
