The main responsibility was to take the escalations from my team and help
them to identify the issue if it was a difficult one.
Analyze the log packages from the entire team to identify the issue -had
calls with the difficult customers to decongest the whole situation The main
devices that we worked with was : Azure Storsimple 7000 series, Azure
Storsimple 8000 series, Azure Databox Edge, Azure Databox , Azure
Databox Disk -Managing a team of over 30 administrative & technical staff.
Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new
technologies.

infrastructure which includes, but is not limited to, technologies from , EMC
(Clariion, VNX, and Symmetrix/VMAX Series), Hitachi NAS/SAN ,
Cisco/Brocade Fiber Switches.
Engineer and maintain storage environment characteristics, including:
physical array characteristics, logical disk layout, standard configurations,
storage network.
Provide Capacity, Configuration, Performance and Availability
management services for all storage related technologies/infrastructure
-Must be able to understand, follow and repeat documented procedures
related to various maintenance activities.
Certain maintenance activities will require this role to be available afterhours.

business leaders.
