I am working according to agile and lean methods and have successfully implemented multiple software products, build, and led software teams, completed software projects and IT consultancy in the areas of finance, pharmaceuticals, aviation, industry, research, and others. In a dynamic technology cycle, I rely on sustainable and yet modern technologies, while maintaining high flexibility. Many of my positions focused on recruiting and leading a highly professional agile team, and bringing a high-quality, robust, and reliable solutions to market as quickly as possible. Safety, high performance, and customer requirements, gained by the fastest possible feedback, had the highest priority.

I contributed to companies from the first day on with my extensive experience on and was also responsible for the establishment of the entire agile engineering department. This also included the IT strategy in highly competitive and dynamic markets, high performance infrastructure as well as the management of IT teams from an international environment, quality assurance and coordination of external partners.

I have extensive knowledge in technical as well as economic areas and as an implementation-oriented and conscientious person I am respected for my efficient work style. People appreciate me for my open, modern, and participatory management style.

As a father of two children, I am fully aware of the problems we will face in the future. My family and me live in an environmentally conscious and sustainable way and pay special attention to food, cloth- ing, and health with full respect for nature and people.
