Strong background in IT operations management and service delivery, underpinned by ITIL v3 certification. Experience managing large-scale technology functions and complex multi-site environments supporting thousands of users and critical national infrastructure.

Programme & Portfolio Leadership
Extensive experience leading complex transformation and operational improvement programmes across public and private sector environments. Skilled in RAID management, delivery governance, programme structure and executive reporting.

Vendor & Third-Party Management
Proven capability managing software vendors, infrastructure suppliers and cross-functional technical delivery teams throughout programme lifecycles. Experience negotiating outsourcing arrangements and managing supplier governance processes.

AI & Process Automation
Experience managing deployment of AI-enabled automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual reporting overhead, including within finance transformation programmes.

Enterprise Architecture & Governance
TOGAF 9 certified with experience implementing enterprise data strategy, governance frameworks and decision-making structures to improve executive alignment and delivery control across complex organisations.

Budget Management & Cost Control
Experienced in managing technology budgets and controlling costs across large-scale enterprise transformation programmes, ensuring financial governance and alignment with business objectives.

Organisational Change & Shared Services
Supporting organisational change, operating model transformation and service improvement initiatives across complex public and private sector environments, including transition to BAU operations.
