With a keen interest in technology, I completed my Advanced Certificate in Computer Hardware & Networking Engineering from Rebenok Infotech, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree from Viva College, Mumbai University. My dedication to continuous learning led me to pursue certifications in Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), and Cybersecurity, further strengthening my expertise in the field. Over the years, I have gained hands-on experience working with industry-leading devices and software, including Ray AP, Unify, Grandstream, and Sophos Firewalls. I am also proficient in the setup and maintenance of Hikvision CCTV/Surveillance systems, network configuration, troubleshooting, and security protocols. My technical skills are complemented by a solid understanding of networking protocols, IP addressing, and routing. My goal is to leverage my knowledge and experience to help organizations optimize their IT infrastructure, ensure network security, and implement effective technological solutions.
