IT Senior Project Program Manager
Amstelveen, Netherlands
Worldwide
Senior IT Project & Programme Manager with 26 years of experience successfully delivering complex ERP, integration, and SaaS transformations across global organisations. I specialise in turning ambiguous requirements into well-governed, on-time delivery — leading large-scale programmes with strong PMO governance, stakeholder alignment, and effective risk management. Most recently at Cargill, I led the full SAP S/4HANA rollout across 13 countries, delivered the Esker AI Order-to-Cash automation project, and drove the CTRM architecture overhaul for Global Trading. At Canon, I rolled out SaaS partner portals across 18 countries and successfully turned around multiple stalled initiatives. Currently strengthening my delivery capabilities through official SAP training — recently completed Discovering SAP Activate and Experiencing SAP Business AI (including Joule) to support modern S/4HANA and RISE with SAP programmes. Based in Amsterdam and actively seeking my next senior Project or Programme Manager role (permanent or contract) in the Benelux region.
